SchlosskircheAbstractThe castle church is the town's landmark, with its two 55-metre-high domed towers, visible from a distance over the lake. The church was built in the Baroque style between 1695 and 1701. An air raid in 1944 partially destroyed the building and the church was restored from 1947 to 1951, with its ornamental stucco work created by craftsmen from the famous Wessobrunn school in Bavaria.
